FMT Solicitors is pleased to announce two new director appointments as the firm continues to grow and strengthen its leadership structure.

Jennifer Garner has been appointed Practice Development Director and a statutory director of the firm, alongside her existing role as Head of Private Client at our Leighton Buzzard office.

In her new role, Jennifer will focus on developing FMT’s profile, relationships and reputation, initially working with local businesses, professional networks and the wider community in Leighton Buzzard.

Over time, this will develop into a broader approach to practice development and business development across the firm. Jennifer will also join FMT’s Senior Leadership Team.

Sara Burney has been appointed Non-Executive Director, bringing extensive experience from her career as a solicitor and her work across other industries.

Sara will continue to support the firm’s Criminal Law department while also taking responsibility for client care, helping to maintain consistent standards of service and legal practice across FMT.

Her role will also include overseeing client complaints and escalations, supporting regulatory compliance and helping the firm prepare for relevant audits and reviews.

These appointments form part of FMT Solicitors’ continued commitment to strengthening its leadership team, developing relationships and maintaining high standards of client care as the firm grows.
