Nik joined FMT Solicitors in February 2026 and was appointed Director of Operations shortly afterwards. He brings extensive senior operational leadership experience from both professional services and a global SaaS organisation, with a proven track record of driving organisational improvement, business growth and operational excellence.

As Director of Operations, Nik leads the firm’s operational strategy, overseeing business operations, regulatory compliance, people management, technology, finance support and continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership team, he is responsible for ensuring the firm has the people, processes and systems in place to deliver exceptional client service while supporting sustainable growth.

He is passionate about developing people, empowering managers and creating a positive, high-performing culture where colleagues are supported to achieve their potential.

Nik lives in West Northamptonshire with his family. Outside of work, he enjoys watching rugby and football, supporting his children’s sporting activities, attending live music events and travelling with his family.
